Nayab Subbas, upset, says he will continue protesting.

The budget for the current fiscal year 2079/2080 was presented by the finance minister in the house of parliament and after a weekend of discussion, both houses of the federal parliament passed out with a majority. Similarly, on Ashar 31, the Spokesperson of the parliament also Verified for implementation.

In that budget, the salary for the government employee was increased by 15 percent. But the passed bill of the budget came into controversy before that implementation. Because under the instruction of the parliamentary committee, Suddenly increase the salary of the government Secretary (Sakha Adhikrta). After unwisely increment in salary of secretary only,  Nayab Subba officer is also pressuring for an increment of their salary.

On Shrawan 10, 43 secretaries jointly sent applications to the industry and commerce ministry. In that application, they mention dissatisfaction over their salary according to their post. Even the lower level employees have a salary more than ours. By Considering the dignity of the post, the Salary should be adjusted,

Immediately, the committee respond to the application and arrange a time for the meeting and listen there Demands. As per their demand committee addressed the problem and instructed to finance ministry and cabinet office. On the basis of the committee decision, Finance Ministry approved the proposed salary increment demand for Secretary officers up to Sakha Adhikrta. Likewise without any objection, on Shrawan 19, the cabinet meeting increases the salary by 18 to 25 percent. Hence  For New salary implementation, has already been circulated.

On another side, For a few days, lower-level officers continuously protested and demonstrated around the premises of Singha durbar. But as per law, no one is allowed to conduct any sort of protest inside Singh Durbar. But by escalating the law, Nayab Subba officers who worked in different government offices in Kathmandu are protesting and challenging the government regarding the issue of salary. Nayab Subba is also demanding an increment in salary correspondent to the secretary's salary. Otherwise, if our appeal will not address then from Thursday, all Nayab Subba will take A leave and stop service to civil. 

Over this issue, none of the concerned officers from the finance ministry are ready to give an answer. But Janardhan Sharma straightly said that "salary will be increased as allocated in the fiscal budget only". In Case of review, that proposal has to be resent to councils of ministers for discussion and approval. 

By ignoring the budget passed by MPs through Parliament, To fulfill the interest of higher officers, the self-state system is following the thief way.  Over unlawful increment of salary, every expert, activist and politician was showing criticism.
